Service Offerings
Three Service Tiers,
Each Calibrated to Your Needs
From a single orientation session to a long-term advisory retainer — Bestari's services are structured to match the scope and complexity of each client's pension situation.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Approach Every Engagement
Every Bestari engagement begins with an honest assessment of what the client's situation actually requires. We do not recommend a more extensive service than the circumstances warrant, and we do not pressurise clients towards further engagement after an orientation session.
Our process is document-centred. Before any advice is given, we review what the client holds: EPF statements, employment records, pension letters, or court correspondence. Advice that is not grounded in the actual documents is, in our view, not particularly useful.
Where matters proceed to correspondence or court proceedings, we maintain close communication with the client at each stage, explaining developments in plain terms and providing written summaries. Clients who feel uncertain about a step are heard; we do not proceed without clear agreement.
Step 1 — Assessment
Document review and situation assessment before any advice is given.
Step 2 — Orientation
Structured session with written notes. No commitment to further action required.
Step 3 — Counsel or Representation
If further engagement is appropriate, formally scoped and agreed in writing.
Step 4 — Ongoing or Conclusion
Retainer arrangement or matter conclusion, with full written record provided.

Pension Recovery Counsel
Considered legal support for clients pursuing disputed pension calculations, unpaid contributions, contested benefit decisions, or denied claims. The engagement begins with a thorough document review and includes formal correspondence with the responding party, where helpful and appropriate. The pace is set by what the matter requires, not by urgency tactics.

- Contested civil service pension or gratuity calculations
- Denied benefit claims and formal administrative appeals
- Formal legal correspondence with employers, KWSP, or KWAP
- Industrial Court or civil court preparation and representation where needed
Engagement Process
- 1Document collection and thorough review of claim basis

- 3Correspondence and negotiation with responding party
- 4Proceedings, if required, with client updated at each stage
- 5Conclusion with written record of outcome and any ongoing matters
